Among the 939 species of angiosperms in the park, there are 782 species of dicotyledonous plants, including one newly recorded species in China, five new varieties, and 20 species endemic to the Altai Mountains. The endemic species of Altai Mountains are: Altaic ironhorn fern, green-leaved willow, silky willow, light-leaved willow, silky high cress flower, Green River mullein, white-flowered Xinjiang peony (new varieties), rough fruiting cape gooseberry, Fukai Drabanemerosa hebecarpa, white-flowered broad-leaved willow orchid (new varieties), Altaic deer's hoof grass, Tien Shan slender cranesbill, Altaic crane louse, small-flowered pusillanimous grass, Green River strigillum, mountain strigillum with no long hairs, hairy Scutellaria scutellaria, Xinjiang feipuen, and Aristolochia gooseberry, New wheat with hairy spikes.
