Ecological restoration of the two banks of the Irtysh River in Keketuohai Township, covering an area of about 170,476.6 square metres, restoration and management of indiscriminate mining and digging of the river, covering an area of about 61,850.7 square metres, and construction of a new river patrol easy road of 2 kilometres along the riverbank management section from Xinqiao to Tuanjie Park.
