Keketuohai UGGp Becomes Autonomous Region's Science Education Base
A few days ago, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Association for Science and Technology announced an additional list of science education bases in the 2016-2020 autonomous region, and the Keketuohai UNESCO Global Geopark became an autonomous region-level science education base.
In order to further strengthen the construction of science popularisation education bases in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, give full play to the role of various types of science popularisation places in the autonomous region, and actively carry out science popularisation activities, the Association for Science and Technology organised the identification of science popularisation education bases in the first half of 2019. After the declaration of the bases, the preliminary evaluation of the recommended units, and the final review and recognition by the regional association of science and technology, it was decided to add 78 units such as China Keketuohai UNESCO Global Geopark as the 2016-2020 autonomous region's science popularisation education bases.
